United Kingdom
For orders of £100 or more, standard delivery is free. For orders of less than £100, the following guidelines apply.
1 x 12" / LP = £3.00 then 75p for each record there after.
1 x 7" / CD = £2.00 then 50p for each there after.
Recorded delivery = £0.70 (goods insured for up to £27 only).
Special (registered) delivery = £3.00 (goods insured for up to £250 only).
Europe
For orders of £100 or more, a 10% discount on total cost including delivery is given.
1 x 12" / LP = £4.50 then £1.00 for each record there after.
1 x 7" / CD = £2.50 then 50p for each there after.
Registered delivery = £3.75 (goods insured for up to £30 only) / £4.50 (goods insured for up to £500 only). *
USA / Japan / Rest of the World
For orders of £100 or more, a 10% discount on total cost including delivery is given.
1 x 12" / LP = £5.50 then £2.00 for each record there after).
1 x 7" / CD = £3.50 then £1.00 for each there after.
*Insurance cost on request.
Returns
If you, the customer, recieve any goods which are faulty or damaged in anyway, please adhere to the following time lines when returning your goods:-
UK Customers = 10 days.
Europe = 14 days.
USA / Japan / Rest of World = 28 days.
(If possible, please scan in any receipt of proof of posting)
Disclaimer
Although we will do our upmost to ensure our packages reach you safely, unless you opt for insurance, the maximum amount you can claim back from the post office is £27.
